MONKEY World is holding an Autism Friendly Day on Saturday November 16.

Visitors with autism will get the chance to enter the park at 9am, an hour before the official opening time, to avoid the rush.

A sensory trail will also be in place for the day and carers are encouraged to take long documentation to benefit from essential carer's free entry.

Monkey World will be working with the Minecraft and Meltdowns group, who will be supporting the day with sensory play and drop-in support.

There is no need to pre-book and normal entrance fees will apply.
