HORDLE Explorer's Nursery has opened a second nursery building dedicated to the youngest children in their school.

Based at Hordle CE School, 'The Nest' is a new addition to their Explorers Nursery and is for children aged 2-3 years.

After the popular introduction of 2-year-olds at the nursery last year, it was decided that a new building would be built.

Headteacher Fiona Adams said: "“We are truly delighted to be able to offer this beautiful bespoke building for the children of our community.

"This superb new building is a fantastic addition to our provision and we are confident that this is a place where young children will thrive and grow.”

The main aim of Hordle Explorers Nursery is to provide a safe and secure 'home from home', where children can develop emotionally, intellectually and physically.

Fiona Adams detailed some of their facilities: " The children in our nursery are so fortunate to have access to have the facilities of entire school - from mini-forests to beach spaces, playgrounds and libraries - they have it all."

Hordle Explorers are celebrating the launch of their new setting with an opening event on Friday 29th November with the local community.
