DORSET-based animal rescue centre Margaret Green is hoping to find homes for animals in its care this week.

Minx, 13, should be fine to live with older children and a cat-friendly dog but would prefer to be the only cat.

Flash is 10-years-old and likes fuss on his terms. Once he gets to know you he can be very affectionate. He would prefer a quiet home with no other pets.

Oscar, 10, is looking for a quiet forever home where he can have his own space when needed and affection if he asks for it. He would prefer to be the only pet in the home.

Willow is a 19-month-old female Chihuahua looking for a home with her brother Skip who is also 19-months-old. They can live with teenagers, a like-minded dog and cats.

Christopher Robin is a four year old male Lurcher. He would be happy to live with a calm female dog and can live with teenagers but not cats.

Shadow is a "lively" six-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross who loves to run and play games. He would like to be the only pet in the home but can live with teenagers.
