IT’S one of the oldest and most established boxing gyms in the South.
Bournemouth Amateur Boxing Club was founded in the 1950s and has delivered numerous regional and national champions through the years.
These pictures were taken when a Daily Echo photographer visited the club on October 1, 1989, to capture the blood, sweat and hard work of some of the members.
