MACIEJ MAMROL, aged 25 and of Roumelia Lane, Boscombe, admits assaulting a person by beating her in Bournemouth on January 13. Community order made. ANDREW MARK ALLNER, aged 28 and of Cheltenham Road, Poole, admits being the driver of a Subaru, owing to the presence of which in Layton Road, Poole, an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to a Vauxhall and failing to stop on May 4. Community order made. The defendant must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 37 days and carry out 145 hours of unpaid work. To pay an £85 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending. Also admits failing to report the accident. Also admits the commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for affray. No action taken on breach.
