HUNDREDS of runners put their best foot forward during the Studland Stampede yesterday.
The 12k off-road race, now in its 15th year, is part of the Purbeck Trail Series.
It's hailed as a tough off-road running event which sees competitors race over heathland and sandy beaches in Studland Bay.
The 12k route offers views of Old Harry Rocks, Brownsea Island and the Isle of Wight.
