A NUMBER of vehicles have been targeted by thieves in Poole in recent days.
On Thursday, in Florence Road, Penn Hill, a parked car was broken into sometime after 6.23am.
A purse was stolen.
Another vehicle was broken into along the same road, but nothing was taken.
Earlier in the week, on Tuesday, between 12.01am and 1pm, the fuel cap was forced off a van parked in Upton Road, Creekmoor.
Thieves siphoned off the fuel from the tank.
In relation to the Florence Road incidents, a Dorset Police spokesman said: "If you saw or heard anything suspicious or have any information please call Dorset Police on 101 or ask.ned or Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111, quoting occurrence number 55190155821"
Meanwhile, witnesses or anyone with information on the Upton Road incident should contact police the same way, quoting occurrence number 55190154909.
