MEXICAN restaurant Ojo Rojo in Bournemouth is focussing on ‘the social experience of dining out’ with its latest menu.
Owner Trevor Hill explained that instead of the traditional starters and mains, there will be a steady flow of dishes for parties to enjoy together.
“Still representing a contemporary take on Mexican food and drink, this new menu has been completely based around our sharing mentality, enabling people to really make the most of our ‘social dining’ style," he said.
“We still prioritise different eating preferences and the menu can cater for meat eaters, vegans, vegetarians, gluten free and many others to enable a mixed group to be able to make the most of our sharing menu. Because of this, we love to entertain large parties and regularly have sizes of up to 24 in the restaurant."
