Fined £400, to pay £40 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 23 months.

SCOTT ANTHONY KEEPING, aged 46 and of Verney Close, West Howe, admits having 0.62g heroin at Bournemouth police station on September 6. Fined £110, to pay a £32 surcharge, to pay £85 costs.

TERRENCE SHILLING, aged 38 and of Spencer Road, Boscombe, admits using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause another to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used in Old Christchurch Road on September 7. NEIL JAMES KAVANAGH, aged 40 and of Suffolk Road, Bournemouth, admits entering the Perfume Shop in Bournemouth as a trespasser on August 27 and stealing 27 bottles of perfume worth £1,475. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months. The defendant must comply with a three-month electronically-monitored curfew. To pay £500 compensation. Also admits stealing Ted Baker gift sets worth £80 from Boots in Southbourne on September 23. Committed to prison for four weeks consecutive suspended. Also admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment. No action taken on breach.

MARK SILLICK, aged 38 and of St Michael's Place, Bournemouth, admits breaching a criminal behaviour order in Bournemouth on September 23. Fined £50, to pay a £32. To be detained in the courthouse. Detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody.

Committed to prison for six weeks consecutive to sentence imposed on August 9 by Crawley Magistrates' Court. To pay £195.66 compensation.
