Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months. The defendant must comply with a three-month electronically-monitored curfew. To pay £500 compensation. Also admits stealing Ted Baker gift sets worth £80 from Boots in Southbourne on September 23. Committed to prison for four weeks consecutive suspended. Also admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment. No action taken on breach.
MARK SILLICK, aged 38 and of St Michael's Place, Bournemouth, admits breaching a criminal behaviour order in Bournemouth on September 23. Fined £50, to pay a £32. To be detained in the courthouse. Detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody.
