DEVANIR PICCIN, aged 47 and of Richmond Park Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a vehicle in Bournemouth Road, Poole on September 8 with 91 micrograms of alcohol in breath. Fined £300, to pay a £32 surcharge, £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 40 months.

ANGELA MARGARET HOOPER, alias Kelly Faulkner, aged 46 and of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, convicted of entering Monsoon in Bournemouth as a trespasser with intent to steal on July 11 2018. Community order made. The defendant must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days. Fined £10, £100 compensation.

PAUL ANTHONY MOYSE, aged 57 and of Alum Chine Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence in Bournemouth on August 8. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. To pay a £122 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for three years. Also admits driving without insurance. Also admits driving while disqualified. Committed to prison for eight weeks concurrent suspended.

ALEXANDRA HEGADUS, aged 22 and of Francis Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing a purse and a handbag in Hamilton Road, Boscombe on January 12. To pay £49.99 compensation, £85 costs. Also admits failing to surrender to custody. Also admits failing to comply with the community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to report as directed. Suspended sentence for theft x 3 and fraud x 3 varied. Committed to prison for 56 days suspended for 18 months. Must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 39 days. To pay £60 costs.

BRENDON JAMES WHITE, aged 26 and of Cheriton Avenue, Bournemouth, admits being a trader at Mags Barrow, West Parley and engaging in a commercial practice which was misleading in that it contained false information and was therefore untruthful in relation to the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations by stating in an invoice that drains had a ‘large amount of roots in the system’ which required removing, which was false. Fined £1,485, to pay £3,262.44, to pay £170, £3,000 costs. Also admits engaging in a commercial practice which was a misleading action in that its overall presentation deceived or was likely to deceive by ‘sleeving’ drains when not required. Fined £1,485.

POOLE

STUART DEREK MILLS, aged 46 and of Albert Road, Poole, admits having 337 milligrams of heroin in Poole on June 30. Fined £50, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Also admits having 265 milligrams of cocaine. Fined £50.

FERNDOWN

JASON PAUL CHARLES REVELL, aged 32 and of Pinehurst Road, Ferndown, admits failing to comply with a community requirement of suspended sentence order by failing to attend appointments on three occasions. Fined £190, to pay £60 costs.

PURBECK

MAYA TALIA POPE-SUTHERLAND, aged 21 and of Nine Barrows View, Langton Matravers, admits driving a vehicle on the Dorset Way in Poole on September 8 with 53 micrograms of alcohol in breath. Fined £150, to pay a £32 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

NICHOLAS JONATHON SMITH, aged 41 and of East Street, Wareham, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend a programme requirement.
