ONE of the UK's biggest billboard advertising companies is due to appear before the courts over allegations relating to advertisements in Christchurch.
Billboard Media, which is based in Piccadilly, Manchester, has been charged with two counts of contravening a regulation or enforcement notice in connection with ads allegedly displayed in Barrack Road.
The company is due to appear at Poole Magistrates' Court next month.
Prosecutors claim the alleged offences happened on dates between November 17 2017 and May 22 this year. The advertisements reportedly involved were near the railway bridge and in Fairmile Road opposite Clarendon Road.
Billboard Media has not yet entered pleas to either of the charges.
