Weymouth & Portland Police said the force's county lines team swooped on a vehicle during a stop check in the area of Jubilee Business Park in Weymouth.
Officers found a "substantial" amount of suspected class A drugs and cash.
A woman, from London, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle was searched under the Misuse of Drugs Act, a police spokesman said.
"As a result of the search a substantial amount of suspected class A drugs and a quantity of cash was located," they added.
A woman was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs and taken to custody.
She was also arrested on suspicion of driving a motor vehicle above the drug drive limit.
Following the raid, which took place around 4pm on Wednesday afternoon, the woman has now been released under investigation while enquires continue.
