Road closed and person taken to hospital after two-car crash in Wimborne
POLICE closed a Wimborne road following a two-vehicle collision this morning.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the crash, which took place at the junction of Queen Anne Drive and Rempstone Road, just before 9.30am.
One person was taken to hospital as a precaution.
The road was closed from the turning into Queen Anne Drive from Gravel Hill and diversions were put in place.
The local authority was contacted to clear fluid and debris from the carriageway.
The road reopened at 10.55am.
