This spectacular picture was captured by The Blades during their display at Bournemouth Air Festival on Friday.
The Blades are predominantly made up of former RAF Red Arrows pilots and collectively they have over 25,000 hours of flying between them.
The team is led by Blade 1 Andy Evans who is one of the most experienced Extra 300 pilots in the world.
This year's newest team member is Mike Ling (Blade 3) who is the longest serving RAF Red Arrow.
Fans of The Blades will be able to see the team perform every day at this year's Bournemouth Air Festival, which runs until Sunday.
