LEE GLENN CUMMINGS, aged 34 and of King John Close, Bournemouth, admits stealing wine worth £49 from M&S at the Dolphin Centre on June 10. Discharged conditionally for two years. Also admits stealing meat worth £46.50 from Sainsbury’s in Poole High Street on May 27. To pay £133.70 compensation. Also admits stealing meat worth £54.55 from Sainsbury’s on May 20. Also admits stealing meat worth £32.65 from Sainsbury’s on April 22. Also admits stealing Prosecco worth £48 from M&S on April 19. To pay £48 compensation.

KIERAN JAMES BROWN, aged 19 and of Symes Road, Poole, admits assaulting an emergency worker by beating him in Old Orchard, Poole on December 22 2018. Fined £100, to pay £100 compensation, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs.

THOMAS ANDREW FRANCIS, aged 52 and of Moretons Lane, Wareham, admits having a wrap of heroin in Braidley Road, Bournemouth on May 29. Fined £50, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Also admits having two wraps of crack cocaine. Fined £50.

LEWIS TRIGG, aged 33 and of Victoria Avenue, Swanage, admits assaulting a person, thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm, in Swanage High Street on March 16. Committed to prison for 20 weeks suspended for 12 months. The defendant must comply with a six-week electronically-monitored curfew and carry out 240 hours of unpaid work.
