SIX fire crews are tackling a blaze at the Ryvita factory in Poole.
Emergency services were called at 8.12am today following reports of a fire in a food compactor unit.
An aerial appliance, an incident support unit and four fire managers are also on the scene at the factory, in Old Wareham Road.
A spokesman for Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service the fire has been contained within the compactor unit and that firefighters are currently using two sets of breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet to monitor and prevent any spread of the fire.
