DORSET-BASED animal rescue centre Margaret Green is hoping to find homes for animals in its care this week.

Charlie the cat is three years old looking for a forever home with his brother Champ, four. Charlie is deaf so often follows the lead of Champ, who is more outgoing. They are looking for a quiet home as the only pets.

Panther, three, is a little nervous at first but once she gets to know you she becomes friendly. Panther is looking for a quiet home as the only the pet.

Willow is a two-year-old guinea pig looking for a home with her herd of three – neutered male Comet and two other females, Wilma and Darwin. Willow and her herd are looking for a home with lots of space.

To rehome any of these pets call the Church Knowle centre on 01929 480474.

Aston, a nine-year-old lurcher, is very affectionate and happy and enjoys a good walk where he can interact with his human and doggy friends. Aston can live with female dogs of a similar size to him and teenagers but not cats.

Shadow, a two-year-old Siberian Husky, is looking for an experienced, loving home with an active family because he will benefit from lots of exercise, mental stimulation and training. He’s very affectionate and loves company and being involved in everything. He is looking for an adult-only home as the only pet.

Patch, a one-year-old lurcher, loves showing his affectionate side. He would be happy living with another large dog but not with cats. He would enjoy living with older children.

To rehome any of these dogs call the Lincoln Farm centre on 01929 471340.
