KENNEDY MWANGI WAWERU, aged 52 and of Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, admits being drunk and disorderly at Burger King in Bournemouth on June 8. Fined £20, to pay a £30 surcharge. Also admits the commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for assault. Suspended sentence varied. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months. The defendant must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days.

CALLUM DAVID ANDERSON, aged 19 and of Gardens View, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a person by beating him in Wimborne Road, Poole on March 5. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. The defendant must participate in an accredited programme for 29 days and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days. Also admits using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause another to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used. Committed to prison for 12 weeks concurrent suspended. To pay £75 compensation, to pay a £115 surcharge, to pay £135 costs.

FERNDOWN

MARK THOMAS KEGGIE, aged 30 and of Coppins Close, Ferndown, admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress at Bournemouth police station on June 14. Fined £50, to pay a £32 surcharge. To be detained in the courthouse. Detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody. Also admits failing to surrender to custody on July 9. Fined £20. Also admits the commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months for theft and fail bail. No action taken on breach.

WIMBORNE

PAUL ANTHONY READER, aged 49 and of Station Road, Wimborne, convicted of harassing a person in Dorset on dates between May 14 and 19 by trying to phone her on several occasions. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Restraining order made until July 2020. To pay a £20 surcharge, to pay £620 costs.

SAIMIR GJOKA, aged 34 and of Stirrup Close, Wimborne, admits using a VW Golf which was unlicensed in East Dorset on November 28 2018. Fined £111, to pay £23.34 vehicle excise back duty, to pay £85 costs.
