DERAR ABDUL BENTALEB, aged 24 and of Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Renault Megane in Pilot High Road, West Howe on July 4 while disqualified. Fined £100, to pay a £32 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months. Also admits driving without appropriate insurance. Fined £100.

JAMIE FRANK HIGGS, aged 18 and of Bath Road, Bournemouth, admits attempting to enter as a trespasser the secure underground car park at San Remo Towers in Sea Road, Boscombe on November 22 2018 with intent to steal a pushbike. Community order made. The defendant must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days. To pay £100 compensation. Also admits entering a car park at the same block on November 22 2018 and stealing a washing machine worth £600. Also admits the commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 18 months for threatening behaviour. No adjudication – dealt with for original offence.

CHRISTOPHER LEROY JOSHUA BARTLETT-CLARK, aged 28 and of Victoria Road, Ferndown, admits driving a vehicle in Canford Avenue, Bournemouth on April 26 while disqualified. Committed to prison for 16 weeks. To pay a £115 surcharge. Disqualified from driving for three years. Also admits driving without appropriate insurance, No separate penalty.

JAMIE STEVEN JONES, aged 32 and of Ford Lane, Ferndown, admits being a relevant offender within the Sexual Offences Act and failing to comply with the notification requirements by notifying of foreign travel less than a week before the departure date. Discharged conditionally for two years. To pay a £20 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Also admits being a relevant offender within the Sexual Offences Act and failing to comply with the notification requirements by staying at an address in France with two people aged under 18 and failing to notify police within three days of his return.
