HELEN LYNNE COOPER, aged 42 and of Verney Close, Bournemouth, admits driving a Motorini scooter in Kent Road, Poole on June 19 with 56 micrograms of alcohol in breath. Community order made. The defendant must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 30 days. To pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also admits using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress at Bournemouth police station. The court finds the offence was aggravated due to hostility based on the presumed sexual orientation of the victim. Fined £20, to pay £100 compensation.
