THE family of a woman who died following a crash with a lorry on Tuesday have paid tribute to her.

Jade Collins, from Bournemouth, was driving a Fiat Panda on the A36 at Little Wishford in Wiltshire at around 2.55pm when her car collided with a lorry.

In a tribute to the 26-year-old, Jade's family said: "Our family have lost a beautiful soul and a bright shining star in all our lives, and the world will be a darker place without beautiful Jadie.

“In her short time, she made her presence known. Her incredible enthusiasm for life and her kindness was immeasurable.

“Her ability to make you smile never failed to touch us all and lighten our hearts whenever she was around.

“Jade travelled the world to embrace all cultures and her love for animals was magical. We shall always be grateful for your love Jadiepops.”

Officers from Wiltshire Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses to the crash.

A spokesperson said on Wednesday: "We're appealing for witnesses after a fatal collision on the A36.

"A two vehicle collision took place at 2.55pm at Little Wishford involving a Fiat Panda and a lorry.

"Sadly, the driver of the Fiat, a woman in her 20s from the Bournemouth area, died as a result of the collision.

"Our thoughts are with her family at this tragic time."

They added: "Police, fire and ambulance were called to the scene and the road was closed between Stapleford and Wilton for almost seven hours."
