SHAUN ANTHONY VALLIER, aged 56 and of Malmesbury Park Road, Bournemouth, admits having a kitchen knife in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth on June 13. Committed to prison for three months. Reason: defendant indicates he won’t work with probation and unpaid work is unworkable due to alcohol and drug use. To pay a £140 surcharge. Also admits displaying a writing, sign or other visible representation which was threatening, abusive or insulting to cause another harassment, alarm or distress in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth on July 5. No separate penalty. Also admits having a Stanley knife. Committed to prison for five months consecutive.

MICHARL BRIAN MCMENAMIN, aged 28 and of no fixed abode, admits stealing food worth £155.39 from M&S in Christchurch on July 12 2018. Discharged conditionally for six months.
