TIMOTHY BAKER, aged 53 and of Garden Close, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend appointments on three dates.

No adjudication – dealt with for original offence. Community order revoked.

KAREN ECKSTEIN, aged 57 and of Derby Road, Bournemouth, admits being drunk and disorderly in Commercial Road, Bournemouth on June 9.

ROBERT ALLAN HARDIE, aged 50 and of Dairy Close, Christchurch, admits assaulting a person by beating him at the King’s Park Community Hospital, Gloucester Road, Bournemouth on June 10. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £150 compensation. Also admits damaging a gold neck chain.

LUKE ANDREW BRIAN ANDERSON, aged 29 and of Salisbury Road, Burton, admits driving a VW Golf in Castle Lane East, Bournemouth on March 5 with 2.7 micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £261, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Defendant was also disqualified from driving for a period of 12 months.
