MICHAEL ANTHONY GENNER, aged 39 and of Jewell Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a person by beating him in One Stop, Jewell Road on April 16. Community order made. The defendant must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days. Fined £80, to pay an £85 surcharge, to pay £40 costs. Also admits the conviction of an offence while a community order for assault PC x 2 is in force.

Fined £371, to pay a £37 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 17 months. Also admits damaging the intoxilyster room at Bournemouth police station on June 8. Fined £74.

NATHAN BRADLEY JORDAN ARMITAGE, aged 19 and of Scott Close, Poole, admits taking a vehicle without the consent of the owner from Maclaren Road, Bournemouth on May 24 and before the vehicle was recovered, owing to the driving, damage was caused to a Ford Focus and a Nissan Note. Community order made. The defendant must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also admits failing to stop. Also admits driving without an appropriate licence.
