METODI KRASENOV VITANOV, aged 42 and of Lansdowne Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Skoda Fabia in Meyrick Park Crescent, Bournemouth on February 7 with 5.9 micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £120, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
