ANTHONY FRYER, 42, of London Road, Postcombe, admitted drink-driving in High Street, Chinnor, on April 1. Had 81mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for three months.

VICTORIA CHARLOTTE BOOTH-PENMAN, 31, of Church View, Bampton, admitted drink driving in Ducklington Lane, Witney, on April 23. Had 118mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. A community order was made and she was placed under electronic curfew for three months from 8pm until 8am daily except Saturdays. Must pay victim surcharge of £85, court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 28 months.

SAMUEL WILLIAM COOPER, 25, of Merlin Way, Bicester, admitted possessing cocaine and cannabis in Bicester on July 15. A community order was made and he must carry out 40 hours unpaid work, must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

KRZYSZTOF JURKIEWICZ, 34, of Middleton Road, Banbury, admitted assaulting a person causing her actual bodily harm in Banbury between February 1 and February 28. Sentenced to 18 weeks in prison, suspended for 18 months. A restraining order was put in place for 18 months. Must pay £150 compensation, a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £600.

JOANNA CHECKLEY, 53, of Pinkhill Lane, Eynsham, admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on March 4, March 6 and February 11. Fined £200.

MARTYN DAVENPORT, 25, of Williamson Way, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on February 24 and March 3. Fined £100.

REBECCA ERICA BISLEY, 47, of Richens Drive, Carterton, driving a vehicle without a licence in Upavon Way, Carterton, on December 13. Fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

JOHN BOSHA, 42, of Nowell Road, Oxford, admitted speeding at 57mph in a 50mph zone on the A34 trunk road, on October 11. Fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

PHILIP BRAIN, 39, of Masons Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance or a licence in Lime Walk, Oxford, on December 15. Fined £880, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

BRANDON COOKE, 46, of Forest Row, Ipsden, Wallingford, was convicted of speeding at 42mph in a 30mph zone in Hithercroft Road, Wallingford, on October 8. Fined £440, must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85. Four penalty points.

JOANNA COULL, 58, of South Side, Steeple Aston, was convicted of speeding at 38mph in a 30mph zone in Ardley Road, Middleton Stoney, on October 11. Fined £38, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

SIMON CHARLES CULLUM, 45, of Castle Street, Banbury, was convicted of allowing a vehicle to wait on a road when waiting was prohibited in Castle Street, Banbury, on December 13. Fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

STANISLAV ERLICH, 44, of South Park Avenue, Didcot, admitted using a vehicle without insurance in Didcot Road, Harwell, on December 31. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

ORLA GEORGE, 52, of Thame Road, Chinnor, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between December 19 and January 16 in Banbury. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

FRANCESCO GIORGIO, 31, of Ellington Court, North Way, was convicted of speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph area at Station Road, Amersham, on January 20. He was fined £205 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ANYSHA KAZI, 18, of Wytham Street, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on December 26 at Abingdon Road, Oxford. She was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

DAVID LAZELLE, 40, of Paradise Street, Oxford, admitted stealing a bottle of French brandy valued at £6.95 from Sainsbury's, Westgate, on May 15 as well as being in breach of a domestic violence protection notice. He was fined a total of £90 and must pay compensation of £6.25 and a victim surcharge of £30.

DARREN EVANS, 43, of no fixed abode, admitted failing to comply with sexual offences notification requirements by failing to sign on at a police station on May 1 and 8. He was fined £40 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

Zakir HUSSAIN, 39, of Sawpit Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman at Sawpit Road, Oxford, on May 5. He was made subject to a community order to include participation in the building better relationships programme and rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

MIHAIL LEONIDA, 40, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing clothing to the value of £580 from Next, Westgate Oxford, on May 15. He was fined £40 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ARNOLD CHARITONENKOV, 51, of Orwell Drive, Didcot, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on April 27 at Avon Way, Didcot. Had 69 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Lester MCCALLA, 41, of no fixed abode, admitted possession of a quantity of heroin and Buprenorphine on July 16 in Oxford as well as possession of a block knife in a public place. He was jailed for six months suspended for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

JEANNIE GREEN, 56, of Market End Way, Bicester, admitted three counts of assaulting police officers on April 30 in Bicester. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay £50 compensation to each of the three victims as well as £50 court costs.

Michael HARDISTY, 36, of Bernwood Road, Barton, admitted failing to comply with notification requirements of the sex offenders register. He was jailed for three months suspended for six months and must pay a £115 victim surcharge.
