I HAVE to take issue with
Douglas Mills and his dismissal of man-made global warming as a myth
– despite the fact that the ‘doubtful theory’ as he calls it, is supported by the findings of thousands (if not tens of thousands) of climatologists around the world.
Frankly I regard “man-made global warming” deniers as being just as dangerous (if not more so) than Holocaust deniers.
If the welfare of our planet is left to people like Douglas Mills, then the future for our children, grandchildren and generations to come will be very bleak indeed.
Selfishly, what Mr Mills (and President Trump, among others) want, is an excuse not to change their lifestyles or inconvenience themselves in any way.
To say they have an “I’m alright Jack” attitude is putting it mildly.
They’ll still be claiming that global warming is a myth – even as the waters rise to cover their mouths!
