RSPB Arne is offering two sets of yoga, for five weeks, at the reserve's cafe lawn.

The sessions will take place every Wednesday, from June 19 to July 17, from 11am-12.15pm.

Yoga teacher Lynne Holloway said: "Yoga is a brilliant way to bring calm to the mind and build strength and resilience for the body.

"We are excited to be offering mid-morning yoga, suitable for all abilities, in peaceful surroundings of RSPB Arne nature reserve.”

Meanwhile, RSPB project officer Bev Lagden said: "Afterwards if you wish you could opt to head to the on-site Café for a drink, lunch or walk around the reserve to continue time in nature.

"Spending time in nature contributes to emotional and physical well-being.”

A session costs £8 for an RSPB member, and £10 for non-RSPB members.

Parking in the RSPB car park is included in the price.
