DOUGLAS HARRISON, aged 64 and of Dickens Road, Bournemouth, admits breaching a criminal behaviour order by swearing in Bournemouth on September 3 2018. Fined £120, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Also admits breaching a criminal behaviour order by shouting and swearing at police officers and being verbally abusive towards them on April 11. Fined £120. Also admits failing to surrender to custody on April 30. No separate penalty.

CLAIRE ROLES, aged 33 and of Adeline Road, Bournemouth, admits two counts of dishonestly failing to promptly notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change in circumstances that she knew would affect her entitlement to income support and carer’s allowance on dates between November 2011 and March 2017. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for six months. Reason: defrauded public purse to value of more than £30,000, she knew she wasn’t entitled to the money, aggravated by length of time. To pay a £115 surcharge. No compensation ordered as money is being repaid directly.

JOEY RAY FELLOWS, aged 23 and of Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, admits having cannabis in his possession in Holdenhurst Road on April 18. Fined £80, to pay a £30 surcharge.

MARCIN WALDERMAR GORSKI, aged 32 and of Woking Road, Poole, admits driving a Renault Megane in South Kinson Drive, Bournemouth on April 19 with 70 micrograms of alcohol in breath. Fined £320, to pay a £32 surcharge, to pay 385 costs. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.

ANDREW LAWRENCE WHITE, aged 25 and of Farwell Road, Poole, admits riding a motorcycle in Ringwood Road, Poole on January 27 with 2.5 micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £100, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also admits riding a motorcycle with 64 micrograms of cocaine derivative benzoylecgonine per litre of blood. Fined £100. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

NICHOLAS OLIVER MURPHY, aged 30 and of Durrant Road, Poole, admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Durrant Road on April 25. Fined £80, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs.

CONNOR LEIGH GREEN, aged 19 and of Manor Avenue, Poole, admits dishonestly receiving stolen goods, namely a mountain bike and a grinder, in Keyes Close, Poole on April 25. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. Also admits using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress on April 23. Also admits the commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months for criminal damage.

LUIS ROAN CHRISTOPHER SPARKES, aged 18 and of Riverside, Ringwood, admits driving a VW Polo in St Clement’s Road, Boscombe on January 30 with 4.7 micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £120, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also admits using a vehicle without appropriate insurance.
