NOTE: In a case at Bournemouth Crown Court on November 11 2020 Robert Anthony Simon Luther-Smith, 63, of Ferncroft Road, Bournemouth, successfuly appealed his conviction for harassement which is listed below.

BOURNEMOUTH

NATHAN JAMES LUCAS, aged 40 and of Southbourne Avenue, Bournemouth, convicted of damaging a vehicle belonging to another in Old Parish Lane, Weymouth on July 7 2018. Restraining order made until May 2021. Fined £525, to pay a £52 surcharge, to pay £350 costs.

JONATHAN CHORLEY-BURDETT, aged 27 and of Exton Gardens, Bournemouth, admits failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Mini Cooper who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence after July 9 2018. Fined £705, to pay an £85 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

GENESIS DOMAWANG, aged 43 and of Capstone Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Peugeot 207 in Holdenhurst Road while disqualified on February 8. Community order made. The defendant must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. To pay an 385 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months. Also admits failing to disclose is disqualification for the purpose of obtaining insurance.

LIAM MORTIMORE, aged 27 and of Windham Road, Bournemouth, admits using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent in Weymouth on December 15 2018. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay a £20 surcharge, to pay £125 costs. Also admits having cannabis in his possession.

CLAIRE LOUISE CLARK, aged 37 and of Keeble Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing make up worth £73 from Beales in Bournemouth on February 16. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay a £20 surcharge.

ROBERT ANTHONY SIMON LUTHER-SMITH, aged 63 and of Ferncroft Road, Bournemouth, convicted of harassing a person in Christchurch on dates between November 4 2011 and November 4 2018 by making unwanted contact by letter, Facebook, in person and over the phone, and by sending unwanted gifts. Community order made. The defendant must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made until May 2021. To pay £100 compensation, to pay an 385 surcharge, to pay £620 costs.

CHRISTCHURCH

ELODIE STEWART, aged 43 and of Woodhayes Avenue, Christchurch, admits driving a vehicle in Greenways, Highcliffe on April 24 with 106 micrograms of alcohol in breath. Community order made. The defendant must have treatment for an alcohol dependency for six months and comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days. To pay an £85 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 40 months.

POOLE

STACEY HARVEY, aged 51 and of Mansfield Close, Poole, admits being the person in whose name a vehicle was registered when it didn't meet the insurance requirements of the Road Traffic Act on February 28 2018. Fined £180, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £100 costs.

NEW FOREST

LIBERTY GEORGE COOPER, aged 46 and of Denham Court, Ashley, New Milton, admits stealing washing up liquid from Tesco in Lymington Road, Highcliffe on July 20 2018. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay a £20 surcharge. Also admits assaulting a person by beating him. Also admits failing to surrender to custody on May 2. Also admits the commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for harassment x 2. Suspended sentence of 24 weeks imprisonment suspended for 18 months amended by extending the operational period to 19 months.
