THERE’S a licence to thrill as the ever-popular 007 tribute Q The Music Show brings its James Bond Concert Spectacular to Poole next month.

Featuring the iconic music of James Bond in a stunning concert, the show is compered by Madeline Smith who played Miss Caruso in Live And Let Die, Roger Moore’s first film as 007, having been recommended for the role by Moore himself after appearing with him in an episode of TV serial The Persuaders.

With stunning dancers, a band of top musicians is fronted by the awesome vocals of Kerry Schultz to revisit all the songs from the Bond movies, including the instantly recognisable title tracks from Goldfinger, Diamonds Are Forever, Skyfall, Thunderball, Live And Let Die, Goldeneye and Licence To Kill, not to mention Monty Norman’s evocative James Bond Theme, guaranteed to transport the audience to exotic locations in an instant.

Q The Music are regarded as the world’s premier James Bond concert band and tribute and on June 1 were due to perform at the Piz Gloria in the Swiss Alps as part of the celebrations for the fiftieth anniversary of On Her Majesty’s Secret Service with the film’s star George Lazenby.

The James Bond Concert Spectacular is on Friday, June 21 at 7.30pm. Tickets: £22/£24. To book call 01202 280000 or go online at lighthousepoole.co.uk
