WHY have Christchurch residents had to put up with cannabis farm waste dumped off Dudmoor Lane for three months?
It is not good enough that all of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP), the Malmesbury Estate and Amphibian and Reptile Conservation Trust have collectively failed to remove this eyesore from a Site of Special Scientific Interest and home to all six native species of reptile, especially the endangered sand lizard.
If those in authority fail to deal with flytipping effectively, it only encourages others to dump their rubbish.
I expect the new Unity Alliance of BPC to take the lead now in resolving this issue.
