JOSHUA LEWIS HALCROW, aged 35 and of Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, admits being in charge of a pitbull type dog which was dangerously out of control and injured a person in Charminster Road on November 15 2017. Order that the dog is to be destroyed unless an appeal is lodged. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. To pay £650 compensation, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from having a dog for five years. Also admits having a dog to which section one of the Dangerous Dogs Act applied on August 30 2018. Committed to prison for eight weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months.
ANTHONY MUGHOMBA VALANTIN, aged 28 and of Wolfe Crescent, London, admits obstructing a PC in Durley Chine Road, Bournemouth on March 29. Fined £80, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs.
EMERALD BAXTER, 21, MEGAN HAYES, 21, EMILY HEAVEN, 21, FLORA LEWIS-JONES, 20, and MOLLY SAUNDERS, 21, all of Talbot Road, Winton, admits having been served with an abatement notice by Bournemouth council on February 10 and contravening or failing to comply with the prohibition by playing amplified music and having raised voices. All fined £80, ordered to pay a £30 surcharge and £69 costs.
