Police are in Boscombe Spa Road
POLICE were called to Boscombe after a man was spotted climbing on a balcony.
Officers attended the incident in Boscombe Spa Road following the call at 3.11pm on Wednesday.
A spokesperson from Dorset Police said: "It was reported that a man was climbing on a balcony, which raised concerns for his safety, but refused to come down.
"Officers attended the scene in a bid to resolve the incident safely."
A 37-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and aggravated burglary.
He is assisting officers with their enquiries.
