THERE are delays on the A31 this morning after a crash involving a tractor and a van.
Police and paramedics were called to the westbound carriageway near Ringwood at around 9.10am.
Fire crews from both Hampshire and Dorset are at the scene. Firefighters are providing 'scene safety'. They also cleaned an oil spill.
One person was treated at the scene by paramedics from the South Central Ambulance Service.
