Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay a £20 surcharge.

AHMED ALI EL GHEZAWI, aged 38 and of Westbourne Park Road, Bournemouth, convicted of failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigating into whether he had committed an offence in Richmond Hill on December 9 2018.
