ALAN WALTERS FORBES, aged 36 and of Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, admits being an offender within the terms of the Sexual Offences Act and failing to comply with the notification requirements by residing at an address not registered with the police in Holdenhurst Road between December 5 2018 and March 6 2019, by failing to register a new passport within three days of receiving it on March 9 and by failing to notify police of foreign travel on April 4. Community order made. The defendant must comply with an electronically-monitored curfew for four months. To pay an 385 surcharge, to pay £85 costs.

MATTHEW JAMES GOSSLING, aged 30 and of Parley Road, Bournemouth, admits damaging eight vehicles in Calvin Road, Bournemouth on January 10. The vehicles are: a Renault van to value of £391.90; a moped to value of £320.26; a Toyota Aygo to value of £237.33; a Honda Jazz to value of £48; a Hyundai Tucson to value of £1,584.86; a VW Golf to value unknown; a VW Polo to value of £191.96. KATJA MARIKA AUSTIN, aged 39 and of Groves Street, Swindon, admits being drunk and disorderly in Priory Road, Bournemouth on April 11. Also admits assaulting an emergency worker by beating him. Fined £80, to pay £50 compensation, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Also admits assaulting an emergency worker by beating her. To pay £50 compensation.

LEWIS DAVID GROVES, aged 22 and of Aylesbury Road, Boscombe, admits failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence in Durley Gardens on December 1 2018. Fined £120. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Also admits driving an Audi in Holdenhurst Road on February 15 with 56 micrograms of alcohol in breath. Fined £120, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs.

HANNAH LOUISE DOYLE, aged 36 and of HMP Bronzefield, admits stealing two bank cards and a driving licence in Spencer Road on March 29. Committed to prison for four weeks. To pay a £115 surcharge.

POOLE

KRZYSZTOF PIETRUSZEWSKI, aged 35 and of Manton Road, Poole, admits driving in Dorchester Road, Lytchett Minster on January 24 while disqualified. Fined £120, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay 385 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

Also admits driving at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour, namely 42mph. No separate penalty.

KALLUM WILLIAM WITHEFORD, aged 21 and of Ringwood Road, Poole, admits assaulting a person, thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm, in Exeter Road, Bournemouth on July 22 2018. Committed to prison for 13 weeks suspended for 12 months. Reason: unprovoked attack with serious injury. The defendant must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for a maximum of 20 days. To pay £1,500 compensation, to pay a £115 surcharge. Also admits having a quantity of cocaine in his possession. No separate penalty.
