GOLFERS are being urged to sign up for a popular annual tournament, which raises money for at Christchurch charity.
The 17th Sarah Green Golf Tournament takes place on Friday, September 6 at Iford Golf Course in Bournemouth, in memory of Sarah Green, who died at the age of 31 in 2003, after battling leukaemia from a young age.
Last year’s event was the biggest so far, raising more than £14,000, with organisers of the 2019 tournament hoping it will prove even more successful. The annual event has raised more than £100,000 for Macmillan Caring Locally so far. Book a place at macmillanlocal.co.uk/sarahgreengolf.php
