POOLE

NICHOLAS JAMES SLAUGHTER, aged 56 and of Wallisdown Road, Poole, convicted of breaching a restraining order in Romsey on September 26 2018. Restraining order varied until April 2020. Community order made. The defendant must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for a maximum of 20 days and carry out 40 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. WIMBORNE

MARK JAMES BUTCHER, aged 52 and of Evergreen Close, Three Legged Cross, admits failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis in the course of an investigating into whether he had committed an offence on January 1 2018. No obligatory driving disqualification. Special reasons found – defendant did not drive the vehicle and there is no evidence to show he was anywhere near the vehicle. Fined £50, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £50 costs.
