Care South's provision received a 'Good' rating in all areas from the Care Quality Commission except 'Caring', which was rated at being 'Outstanding'.

The inspection was carried out in November and December 2018 and the report that followed praised the team for their reliability, compassion and kindness and includes feedback from families and clients.

"Our teams work hard day-in, day-out to deliver first-class care across the area and I just want to say a big thank you to everyone for their dedication and commitment and to all our clients and their families for their wonderful feedback.”
