A NEW store offering “high quality artisan and unique” craft beers, ales, ciders, wines and spirits could be set to open in Christchurch town centre.
A premises licence application has been submitted to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council by the Crafty Tap Ltd for 69 High Street.
The applicants are seeking permission to offer a supply of alcohol and play recorded music for the following opening times: 10am to 6pm Monday, 11am to 9pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 11am to 10pm on Friday and Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sunday.
The application from Crafty Tap, which is registered in Guildford, says: “The activities to be undertaken on the site are the retail sale of high quality artisan and unique craft beers, ales, ciders, wines and spirits with a strong emphasis on local products sourced from small producers."
Residents can comment on the proposal in writing or email up until May 10.
