A WOMAN who was found dead outside a multi-storey car park in Bournemouth is believed to have taken her own life, an inquest heard.
Susan Lang was discovered lying unresponsive on the ground next to Madeira Road car park by a member of staff from Bournemouth police station on Thursday, April 4.
Paramedics were called at around 6am and they confirmed 56-year-old Mrs Lang had died at the scene.
Police reviewed CCTV footage at the car park, which showed her entering the car park alone and going to the top floor. A note was later found in her vehicle suggesting an intention to take her own life.
Mrs Lang was an actuary who lived in Camel Green Road, Alderholt, Thursday's inquest heard.
Coroner's officer Phillipa Morgan said a post-mortem examination was carried out on Tuesday, April 9, and found the cause of death to be multiple injuries.
The inquest was adjourned until November 12.
