PLANS have been submitted to change the use of an office building in Christchurch into 25 self-contained apartments.
The proposals for the site in Somerford Road have been submitted to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council under the name of 153 Somerford Holdings Ltd.
The office building is located between the Meteor Retail Park and Somerford Roundabout and had been listed online for sale at £1,100,000 with Dorset agents Cowling & West.
Listing website AcquirePremises states the site was let or sold on February 27.
