CCTV images have been released after Champagne worth more than £360 was stolen from a Marks and Spencer store.

The incident happened at the M&S Foodhall in Lower Blandford Road in Broadstone on Thursday, March 21.

Police said a man entered the store on three occasions between 5.15pm and 5.42pm and selected bottles of Champagne with a total value of £362 before leaving the store without paying.

It was reported that the man then tried to sell the items locally but was unsuccessful.

Police Sergeant Carmel Ryan, of Dorset Police, said: “I am hoping that somebody will recognise the man pictured and is able to help us identify him.”
