REGENERATION specialist Galliford Try Partnerships has signed a deal with Homes England which will see it build 60 homes in Blandford.

The site is the first phase of the redevelopment of the Hall and Woodhouse brewery and will introduce new homes close to the town centre.

Stuart Munro, regional managing director for Galliford Try Partnerships, said: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Homes England to accelerate the delivery of much-needed new homes in Blandford.

“We share Homes England’s ambition to help more people access better homes in the right places.”

Galliford Try Partnerships will begin work on the project in 2019 with all homes due to be completed by the autumn of 2022.

Homes England is the government’s housing accelerator. It aims to increase the number and speed of new homes being built across England including affordable homes and homes for market, sale or rent.
