The two-vehicle crash on Castle Lane West
TWO people have been taken to hospital following a crash in Bournemouth this afternoon.
Police were called to the two-vehicle crash on the A3060 Castle Lane West at 12.09pm.
It involved a silver BMW X5 and a blue Renault Modus.
Ambulance and fire also attended.
The road was blocked at the roundabout by the junction for Charminster Road with traffic is being diverted up East Way.
South Western Ambulance Service said they were called at 12.04pm and two people were taken to hospital by ambulance.
Morebus said that the M1 service was unable to service Castlepoint as a result.
The local authority has been notified due to debris on the road.
The road reopened at around 2.45pm
