Dear Sir,
Wetherspoons in Poole town centre has been refused permission to use a few upstairs rooms as a hotel.
The reason given is that there would be an increase in sewage flow into the ecologically sensitive harbour.
How does this decision square with plans to allow the building of thousands of new homes in the area, as instructed by the government?
