POLICE have issued a CCTV appeal following the theft of two electric toothbrushes worth £600.

They hope to speak to this man after someone grabbed the toothbrushes in Boots in Castlepoint and ran off without paying.

The man is wearing a khaki-coloured jacket and trousers and has trainers on. He also has a distinctive white top underneath with a large logo on it.

Sergeant Carmel Ryan of Dorset Police said she hopes someone will recognise the man’s “distinctive haircut” and urged members of the public to come forward.

“ I hope that someone may recognise him from these CCTV images. I would ask anyone who knows who this man is to please contact Dorset Police” she said.

The incident took place at the Bournemouth shopping centre at 1.40pm on Wednesday February 27.

Anyone with information should call Dorset Police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
