A CCTV image released by police after shoplifting incidents at Waitrose in Wimborne Road, Winton
A CCTV image of a suspect has been released by police after shoplifting incidents at Waitrose in Bournemouth. A man went into the Wimborne Road store in Winton at around 10.30am on Sunday, March 3, and attempted to steal a bottle of gin.
Security staff intervened and he left empty handed.
It is reported the same man may have been responsible for the theft of alcohol from the same store the following day.
Police Sergeant Carmel Ryan, of Dorset Police, has issued a CCTV image of the suspect. Anyone who recognises the man is asked to contact police via 101@dorset.pnn.police.uk or by calling 101, quoting occurrence number 55190033081.
