ANDREW ROBERTS, aged 32 and of St John's Hill, Wareham, admits assaulting a person by beating her in Swanage High Street on July 29 2017. Committed to prison for ten weeks. Reason: prolonged assault, defendant was on licence at the time, offence involved strangulation and the defendant used his head as a weapon. To pay a £115 surcharge.
